Paul has a diverse role working with organisations to develop and support their contractor management programs. He provides them with solutions that promote cost savings, efficiency across their onboarding and offboarding procedures, reduced risk around tax, health and safety and the right to work.
Paul has 16 years of experience working in sales and account management roles. Most recently, Paul worked for Frog Recruitment to set up a series of ‘candidate talent pools’, helping clients quickly fill gaps in key areas such as marketing, finance and sales under the contracting services offering.
Outside of CXC, Paul is a proud father of two, husband of one. He loves all things music (think David Bowie and Nick Cave) and is an avid urban cycler.
