After 14 successful years as a training consultant, Deborah joined the EMA Learning team in 2008 as In-house Trainer, and Portfolio Manager for management, leadership and business productivity. In 2014, Deborah took over the Management of the In-house and Tailored Training division of EMA Learning. This role allows her to use her extensive knowledge in the Learning and Development field, finding solutions to help company’s upskill their teams.
Prior to joining EMA, Deborah has designed and presented workshops to some of New Zealand’s top companies and held management positions in Canada and subsequently a further eight years in management and business development here in New Zealand. This hands-on knowledge and experience has enabled Deborah to effectively translate best practice theory into practical, real world guidance for our New Zealand market.
